Cómo registrar y verificar tu dominio de envío

Updated 24 Oct 2026 · 3 min read

What you'll achieve

Have your campaigns sent from your own email (for example info@tuempresa.com) and reach the inbox more reliably.

Before you start

  • Have access to your domain's DNS (where you bought it: your domain provider).
  • Be your account administrator.

Steps

  1. In the menu, go to Settings → Sending settings.
  2. In “Your domain”, type your domain without http:// (example: yourcompany.com) and click Register domain. Screenshot: Sending settings screen with the domain entered
  3. Step 1 · Prove the domain is yours. You'll see a table with the columns Type, Name, Priority, Content y TTL, just like in your DNS provider's panel. Go to your domain's DNS and create a record TXT with that Name and that Content (you can use the Copy link in each cell). Priority doesn't apply: leave it empty. For TTL leave “Automatic”. Screenshot: table with the TXT record
  4. Wait a few minutes (sometimes up to a few hours) and click Verify now.
  5. Step 2 · Sign your emails (DKIM). Once the domain is verified, 3 new CNAME records will appear in a table with the same format. Create them in your DNS exactly as shown (identical Name and Content). Screenshot: table with the 3 DKIM CNAME records
  6. Click Check DKIM. While the status says “pending”, you can't send from that domain yet. When it says Active, it's ready.
  7. Go to “Sender”, enter your name and your email (from the verified domain) and click Save sender.

Expected result

Your domain appears as Verified, with DKIM active, and your new campaigns use your sender.

Common issues

“We don't see the TXT record yet”

Check that the Name and Content are identical, with no spaces, and wait a few more minutes.

DKIM still shows “pending”

That's normal for a few hours. Check that the 3 CNAMEs are created and that your DNS provider doesn't append your domain to the end of the Name (if it does, remove the repeated part).

DKIM shows “failed”

One of the CNAMEs is missing or has a different value. Fix it and click Check DKIM again.

“This domain can't be registered”

The domain is already in another account. Write to support.

I can't save the sender

The email must be from a verified domain.

I can't send the campaign with my sender

Check that the domain is verified and DKIM is active.

Until you verify a domain, your campaigns go out with the platform's shared sender.

When to contact support

If more than 24 hours have passed and the domain or DKIM isn't active. Send us your domain name and a screenshot of the records in your DNS.

Which domains you can register

  • Your main domain (yourcompany.com) or a subdomain (mail.yourcompany.com); a subdomain is the best choice for bulk email.
  • Free email addresses (from email providers) and domains you don't control aren't accepted, because you won't be able to create the records.
  • If your domain has accents or ñ, use its technical form (xn--…).
  • If another account already verified your domain, write to support.

Bounce policy

On the same screen you can decide what to do with contacts whose email doesn't arrive: a soft bounce (full mailbox, temporary failure) can just be logged, unsubscribed or blocked after 1 to 10 attempts. A hard bounce (the address doesn't exist) is always blocked, after 1 to 3 attempts, to protect your sending reputation.
