What you'll achieve
Make sure every contact has a valid mobile number, ready for your SMS campaigns.
Before you start
You need permission to manage contacts.
Steps
- Go to Audience → Contacts and open a contact (or click New).
- In the field Mobile type the number with the country code (for example +57 300 123 4567) or a 10-digit Colombian mobile number starting with 3.
- Click Save. Archie saves it in international format (+573001234567).
- To find the people who do have a mobile number, create a segment with the rule Mobile → has a valid mobile number.

Expected result
The contacts table shows the column Mobile with the number in +57… format
Common issues
“The mobile number isn't valid”
Check that it has the country code (+57…) or 10 digits and starts with 3.
I imported a file and some don't have a mobile number
Invalid numbers are skipped; fix them and import again.
When to contact support
If a correct number is still rejected, send the number (no third-party data) and a screenshot of the error.
