Empieza con una plantilla lista y sigue los Primeros pasos

What you'll achieve

Send your first campaign without designing anything from scratch, using one of the templates that already come with your account, and track your progress on the “Getting started” card on the Dashboard.

Before you start

  • Have signed in to your account for the first time (see “Sign in for the first time”).
  • To see the full card, your user needs permission to view sending settings (if it doesn't have it, the card skips the domain step).

The templates you already have

Every account includes six templates in Spanish, ready to edit: Newsletter, Promotion or offer, News and launches, Event invitation, Welcome y Thank you. They all look good on desktop and mobile, and already include the unsubscribe link.

How to use them:

  1. In the menu, go to Campaigns → Templates. Screenshot: template list with the six new ones
  2. Hover over a template to preview it.
  3. If you want your own, use the duplicate icon and change its colors and text (your original template stays intact).
  4. When you create a campaign, choose the template in the field Template. Screenshot: Template field in a new campaign
  5. The subject of the campaign appears as a large title inside the template; write your message in the content.

The “Getting started” card

On the Dashboard you'll see a card with four steps that check themselves off: verify your sending domain, add contacts, create your first campaign and send it. Screenshot: Getting started card with 2 of 4 done

  • Each pending step has a button that takes you to the right screen.
  • When you complete all four, the card disappears on its own.
  • If you don't want it, use Hide. It's hidden in that browser; if you sign in from another one, it may show up again.

Expected result

With the templates and the card, you can go from a new account to your first campaign sent just by following the Dashboard.

Common issues

I don't see the new templates.

They're added when the platform starts. Sign out, sign back in and check Campaigns → Templates. If your account predates this feature, they're added too, without changing the ones you already had.

I deleted a template and it came back.

That shouldn't happen: they're only added once per account.

The card doesn't show the domain step.

Your user doesn't have sending permission; ask your account administrator to check it.

The “Send your first campaign” step doesn't get checked.

It's checked when a campaign is sending or finished, not while it's a draft or scheduled.

When to contact support

If the templates don't appear after signing out and back in, write to us with your account email and a screenshot of Campaigns → Templates.
