What you'll achieve
Upload the images you'll use in your emails and know how much space you have left.
Before you start
- Allowed formats: JPG, PNG, GIF and WebP.
- Maximum size: 5 MB per image.
- Your plan includes 500 MB of images (if you need more, write to Archie).
Steps
- Go to Campaigns > Media. Screenshot: Media screen
- Click Upload and drag your images (you can choose several). Screenshot: drag-and-drop area with the chosen images
- Click Upload again to confirm. You'll see the thumbnails.
- Use the image in your campaign editor from Media.
- To see how much space you use, go to Credits (My account): under “Your plan limits” you'll see Image storage (MB). Screenshot: plan limits card with storage
Expected result
Your images appear in Media and you can insert them in your campaigns.
Common issues
“Only JPG, PNG, GIF or WebP images are allowed”
The file is another type (SVG, PDF, etc.) or its content doesn't match the extension. Export it again as JPG or PNG.
“The image is larger than 5 MB”
Compress it (for example, with an image optimization tool) and upload it again.
“You've reached the maximum MB of storage”
Delete images you no longer use from Media (space is freed when you delete) or ask to expand your plan.
“The image has too many pixels”
Reduce its dimensions; the maximum is 25 megapixels.
When to contact support
If a valid image won't upload, write to us with the file name, its size and the message you saw.
