What you'll achieve
Know how many emails you can send, when your credits expire and how to top them up.
Before you start
You need to sign in to your Archie Send account with an administrator user.
How credits work
- 1 credit = 1 email sent (campaigns and transactional emails).
- Credits are valid for 6 months; each top-up extends that by 6 more months.
- Test sends don't use credits.
Steps to see your balance
- Sign in to your account and open Credits in the side menu. Screenshot: Credits page with balance, progress bar and expiration
- Check the balance, the status and the expiration date.
- Further down you'll see your activity: top-ups, sends and adjustments. Screenshot: activity table
Steps to top up
- On the page Credits click Top up credits.
- Make the purchase on archietechnology.com.
- Once the payment is confirmed, your credits are added and you'll see the entry. Screenshot: top-up entry
Expected result
Your balance goes up and the expiration date is extended by 6 months.
Common issues
I can't start a campaign
Your balance is lower than the number of contacts. Top up or reduce the audience.
My campaign was paused
Credits ran out. After topping up, resume it from Campaigns and it will continue with the remaining people.
I paid and don't see the top-up
It may take a few minutes while it's confirmed.
My credits expired
Contact support.
When to contact support
If your top-up doesn't appear after 30 minutes, write with your order number and your account email.
