Roles y claves de acceso

Updated 24 Oct 2026 · 1 min read

What you'll achieve

Give each person only what they need.

The three roles

| Role | Can |

| Read-only | View bots, versions and analytics; test a bot. |

| Editor | The above, plus create, edit and publish bots; view channels and conversations. |

| Administrator | The above, plus create or change channels, delete conversations, manage keys and the sending secret. |

Best practices

  • One key per person; that way you can revoke only the key of whoever leaves.
  • Give “Editor” to whoever builds bots and “Read-only” to whoever only reviews.
  • Remember: Editor can read conversations, which contain your contacts' personal data. Hand it out carefully.
  • Never share a key by open chat or email or paste it in shared documents.
  • If a key was leaked, revoke it and create another in Settings and keys (see «Manage your team's access keys»).

Common issues

“Insufficient permission”

Your role isn't enough for that action. Ask for a key with more permission.

The editor doesn't save my key

That's on purpose, for security.

When to contact support

To create, change the role of or revoke keys, write to us with the person's name and the role they need.
