What you'll achieve

See at a glance what you've already set up and what's missing for your bot to serve your customers.

Before you start

• Have your access key. With a read-only key you see the list, but you can't change anything.
• For the buttons that take you to the builder (publish and install), have an automation created.

Steps

1. In Home you'll see the card Getting started with the next three steps. To see the full list click See all steps, o Getting started at the bottom of the sidebar. Screenshot: getting started list with the progress bar
2. Check the progress bar and the steps marked with ✓: they check themselves off based on what you've already set up.
3. On the first pending step click its button (for example Go to assistant) and complete what it asks.
4. Finish the step and go back to Getting started; click Refresh if you don't see the change.
5. Repeat until you complete the steps: turn on the assistant, load knowledge, connect the store (optional), create a flow, create a web channel, publish and install the chat.

Expected result

The bar reaches 100% for the steps that can be checked. The step of installing the chat on your site stays unchecked: we can't tell from here whether you've already pasted the snippet.

When to contact support

If the list shows an error when loading. Send us your account name and the time it happened.
