Control how much your bot uses artificial intelligence.
Steps
- Go to AI assistant and check the month's usage.
- Adjust Monthly token cap y Token cap per conversation (administrators only).
- Click Save settings.
Expected result
When it reaches the cap, the bot politely lets the person know and hands the conversation to a person.

It ran out before the end of the month
Raise the cap or reduce the size of the instructions.
