What you'll achieve
Know how many people chat with your bot, how many finish and where they leave.
Steps
- Open the tab Analytics. Screenshot: conversation cards and daily chart
- Choose the period: last 7, 30 or 90 days.
- Read the cards: Conversations, Finished the flow (with its percentage), Handed to a person, Dropped off, In progress y With errors.
- Look at Conversations per day and the drop-off list by block: it shows you which block most people get stuck on.
How it's calculated
- Drop-off: the person stopped replying and more than 24 hours passed with no activity.
- Days: Colombia time.
- Analytics counts conversations; it doesn't show what people wrote.
Common issues
“There are no conversations yet”
The bot hasn't been installed yet or no one has used it. See “Install the chat on your site”.
The numbers change from one day to the next
A conversation in progress today may become dropped off tomorrow.
When to contact support
If a figure doesn't match your own records, send us the period and the bot.
