What you'll achieve
Have the bot recommend your products and prices even if your store isn't WooCommerce or Shopify. In this mode the bot shares information and sends the product link; it doesn't take orders.
Before you start
- A spreadsheet with your products, saved as CSV.
- Required columns: nombre and precio. Optional: sku, precio_regular, disponible (sí or no), url, categorias, descripcion.
- Links (url) must start with https and be from your site.
- Maximum 5,000 products and 1 MB.
Steps
- In the editor go to AI assistant > Store.
- In Platform choose Manual catalog (CSV), type your site's domain and click Connect and verify.

- Click Review without saving. If there are errors, you'll see the row and the reason; fix them in your spreadsheet and choose the file again.
- When it says the file is fine, click Save catalog.
Expected result
The editor shows how many products the catalog has. A new file replaces the previous one entirely.
Common issues
«The price isn't a number»
Type only the value (50000 or 50.000), with no text.
«The link must be https and from your domain»
Fix it or leave the cell empty.
Strange accents
Save the CSV with UTF-8 encoding.
It was saved but the bot doesn't mention it
Check that the disponible column doesn't say «no».
When to contact support
If a file that meets all of the above is still rejected, send us the error text, not the file with private data.
