Conocer el CRM de Archie Talk: tablero, lista y vistas

Updated 24 Oct 2026 · 4 min read

What you'll achieve

Understand how the Archie Talk sales CRM is organized and know which view to use for each need: the opportunity board, the lead list, the calendar, segments and the sales summary.

Before you start

  • You need an active user in your Archie Talk account.
  • If you're an administrator, you see the whole company's opportunities and activities. If you're part of the team, you only see the ones with your name as owner.
  • A “lead” or “opportunity” is a potential sale. It's not the same as a contact: the contact is the person; the opportunity is the deal you're trying to close with them.

Steps

  1. In the side menu, open Sales CRM. Inside you'll find the views: Pipelines, All leads, Calendar, Segments y Sales. You'll also see Products and quotes y Sales AI; administrators also see Lead capture forms y Bookings.
  2. Go to Pipelines. It's the board. At the top left you choose the pipeline with the selector. Each column is an open stage (for example New, Qualified, Proposal, Negotiation) and shows how many opportunities it has and the total value per currency.
  3. Look at a card. Each one shows the contact's name, the title, the score, the priority, the source, the value and the next activity. If there's no scheduled activity, the card says Assign next activity.
  4. If there are more than 100 opportunities, click Load more at the bottom of the board.
  5. Open All leads to see the same thing as a table, with the columns Title, Contact, Owner, Score, Priority, Stage, Value and Expected close. Click a lead's title to open it.
  6. On the board or in the list, use the button Sort by priority to see the most important leads first (the button changes to Priority first). Click it again to go back to newest first.
  7. Use the magnifying glass or the button Filters to search by title, stage, source, currency, owner, dates and value.
  8. Open Calendar to see your activities. There you switch between Agenda y Month.
  9. Open Segments to save your favorite filters, and Sales to see the summary: open value, won value, close rate, closing forecast and loss reasons.
  10. To create a new record, click New lead (on the calendar the button is New activity).

Expected result

You know how to move between the CRM views, recognize what each card shows and can switch from board to list whenever you need.

Common issues

The New lead button is disabled.

No pipeline is selected yet. Choose one in the selector at the top left.

I don't see the Won and Lost columns on the board.

That's normal: the board only shows open stages. To see them, open Filters, choose the stage in Stage and click Search, or check the view All leads.

I don't see my coworkers' opportunities.

If you're not an administrator, you only see yours. Ask an administrator to look into it.

“Couldn't save or load” appears.

Click Retry. If it persists, check your connection and your permissions.

I don't see the three-dot menu (Pipeline options).

Only administrators see it.

When to contact support

If the error continues after retrying, write to us with: your company name in Archie Talk, your user's email, the view where it happens (for example “Pipelines”), the exact message that appears, what you were doing and a screenshot. Don't send passwords.
