Prepara campañas masivas en borrador

Updated 24 Oct 2026 · 5 min read

What you'll achieve

You'll prepare and save campaign drafts by email, WhatsApp or SMS in the section Bulk sends. For now you can only prepare, save and review drafts: sending and scheduling aren't available yet.

What you can and can't do today

  • You can: create campaigns, save them as drafts, edit them, preview the message, choose a CRM segment as the audience, see a sample of contacts and review what the draft is missing.
  • You can't yet: send the campaign, set an effective send date, see real results (delivered, failed, unsubscribes) or sync audiences. That depends on connecting and validating Archie Send, which is pending.
  • Individual consent and automatic unsubscribes aren't checked yet either.
  • Don't confuse it with the menu Campaigns (live chat, SMS, WhatsApp), which is a different feature.

Before you start

  • You must be an administrator.
  • To use a segment as an audience, create it first in the CRM (see the segments guide).
  • Your recipients must have authorized receiving messages on that channel. The draft asks you to confirm it.

Steps

  1. In the left menu, open Bulk sends. At the top you'll see “Design campaigns for every moment of your business.” and the notice that sending and scheduling will stay off until Archie Send is connected and validated. Screenshot: Bulk sends screen with the Archie Send connection and New campaign buttons, and the Campaigns and Results tabs
  2. Click New campaign.
  3. In the step Data, type the Campaign name and choose the Channel: Email, WhatsApp o SMS. Click Continue.
  4. In the step Recipients, choose the Recipient source: CRM segment o Archie Send list.
  5. If you chose a segment, select it in CRM segment (or use Define audience manually). Type the Name of the segment or list you'll use.
  6. Check the authorization box (“The campaign will only use contacts authorized for this channel”). Click Continue.
  7. In the step Content, fill in:
  • Planned sender.
  • Subject (email only).
  • Message.
  • Meta template name (WhatsApp only; the template must be approved by Meta). Click Continue. Look at the Preview of the message.
  1. In the step Scheduling, choose the Send time (When confirming the send o Choose date and time), the Local date and time and the Time zone. This is only saved in the draft.
  2. Click Save draft. You'll see “Draft saved.”
  3. You'll see the button Send campaign disabled, with the notice “Sending is disabled until Archie Send is connected and the channel is validated.” That's expected.
  4. Open a saved draft with Edit and click Review draft. You'll see:
  • Still to complete: what you haven't filled in yet.
  • Requirements before sending: what's needed before you can send (connect Archie Send, verify recipients, consent, sender and template).
  • Audience preview: counts such as Unique contacts, With email or phone, Duplicate destinations excluded and a sample of contacts. It's a partial view and doesn't verify existence, consent or unsubscribes.
  1. In Campaigns use All channels y Search campaign to find your drafts; click Load more if there are many.
  2. The tab Results will show “No delivery data yet” until Archie Send is connected.
  3. To see the connection status, click Archie Send connection (see the sending status guide). Note: this step hasn't been verified with the live service yet.

Expected result

You have one or more campaigns saved as drafts, with their audience and content, and you know exactly what's missing before you can send them. No message was sent.

Common issues

I can't click Send campaign.

That's expected for now: sending is disabled until Archie Send is connected and validated.

I see “Fill in the required fields and confirm the recipients' authorization.”

A field or the authorization box is missing.

I see “Couldn't save. Check the fields and try again.”

Check the name, channel, date and time zone, and save again.

I see “Someone else changed this campaign. Keep your changes and reopen it before saving.”

Copy your text, close the draft, open it again and reapply your changes.

I see “Segment unavailable; select another”.

The segment was deleted or is no longer yours. Choose another one.

I see “The saved definition is no longer valid.”

Check the segment and save the draft again.

I see “Partial view”.

The sample only includes the first opportunities; the counts don't represent the whole audience.

I see “Couldn't load the campaigns.”

Click Retry.

I don't see Bulk sends or it won't let me open it.

Only administrators can use it.
