How to read the CRM Daily Summary

What you'll achieve

See in one place what was sold today, who's waiting for a reply and which opportunities are going cold, so you can decide what to handle first.

Go to CRM. The summary appears at the top, before the numbers by stage.
The administrator sees the whole account. Each sales rep only sees their own: their opportunities, the conversations assigned to them and their activities.
“Today” is calculated using the account's time zone.

Won today: opportunities that moved to Won today, with their value in COP and USD, and the day's new leads. Screenshot: “Won today” card
Waiting for a reply: open conversations where the customer wrote and no one has replied for more than 30 minutes. It shows how long the oldest one has been waiting and how many are over 4 hours. Screenshot: “Waiting for a reply” card
Overdue activities: pending tasks, calls or meetings that are past their date, and the ones left for today.
Idle money: open opportunities with no movement for more than 7 days. Below are the highest-value ones, with the days they've gone without movement. Screenshot: list of idle opportunities

Reply first to anything that's been waiting more than 4 hours.
Write to or call the highest-value idle opportunities; if there's no longer any interest, close them as Lost with their reason.
Complete or reschedule overdue activities.

The summary doesn't appear

Reload the page. If it still doesn't appear, contact us.

A conversation doesn't count as “waiting”

Only open conversations where the last message is from the customer count.

An opportunity shows as idle but you talked to the customer another way

The system only sees activity inside Archie Talk. Log the call or message as an activity or note so it stops being flagged.

If the figures don't match what you see on the board. Send us a screenshot and the time.

It only reads information that's already in your account. It doesn't send messages or change any data.
