Cambia el idioma de la interfaz

Updated 24 Oct 2026 · 3 min read

What you'll achieve

You'll change the language you see Archie Talk in (Spanish, English or Brazilian Portuguese), both before signing in and inside the platform. If you're an administrator, you'll also set your account's default language.

Before you start

  • The available languages are Spanish, English and Brazilian Portuguese. Spanish is the default language.
  • Changing the language only affects what you see on screen. It doesn't translate or change the messages you send to your customers.
  • The Spanish translation isn't complete across the whole platform yet: some text may appear in English while we finish.

Steps

Before signing in

  1. On the sign-in screen, look for the language selector at the top right, outside the card. Screenshot: sign-in screen with the language selector at the top right
  2. Choose ES, EN o PT. The change applies instantly and your choice is remembered for your next visits.

Inside the platform

  1. In the top bar, next to your profile photo, open the language selector. Screenshot: top bar with the language selector next to the profile photo
  2. Choose ES, EN o PT. It's saved to your profile.
  3. To see or change it in more detail, open your profile photo menu and go to Profile settings and look for Preferred language (“Choose the language you want to use”).
  4. If you'd rather follow your company's language, choose Use the account language.

Account language (administrators)

  1. Open Settings and go to Account settings.
  2. Look for the field Site language and choose the language.
  3. Click Update settings.

Expected result

Menus, buttons and notices appear in the chosen language and stay that way when you sign in again. You'll see the message “Your language preference was saved successfully.”

Common issues

I see “Couldn't save the language. Please try again.”

Check your connection and make the change again.

I changed the account language but I still see it differently.

Your personal preference takes priority over the account's. In Profile settings choose Use the account language.

Some text is still in English.

It's a current limitation: not all of the platform is 100% translated yet.

My customers still receive messages in the same language.

That's expected: the interface language doesn't change messages to customers.

When I open the sign-in link with a language in the address, I can't change it.

The language in the link takes priority when you open it; use the selector to change it.
