What you'll achieve

Know what customer data Archie Meet stores and what you should tell them.

What data it stores

  • About the person booking: name and email address.
  • About the appointment: service, professional, date, time, status and format.

What it doesn't do

  • It doesn't record audio or video of meetings.
  • It doesn't create transcripts or notes automatically.
  • It doesn't ask open-ended answers or custom questions when booking.
  • It's not designed for medical records or detailed medical information: don't write it in the service descriptions or ask your customers for it through this tool.

What you must do as the data controller

  1. Have a privacy policy published on your site that explains what you use this data for and how your customers can ask to see or delete it (Law 1581 of 2012).
  2. Tell the person booking that their data is used to manage the appointment.
  3. Check with a lawyer the final text, especially if you're in the health sector.

Each company's data

Each company only sees its own data. Archie doesn't use your customer data for other purposes.

When to write to us

To request deletion of a person's data or of your account, or to set how long data is kept. Write to us with the person's email; never with sensitive data.
