What you'll achieve
Review and decide on sensitive actions the assistant proposes, like sending, scheduling, pausing, resuming, canceling or deleting a campaign.
How it works
The assistant never carries out these actions on its own. When you ask it to, it creates a confirmation card with a summary written by the system using real data: the campaign's name and subject, status, lists and contacts, maximum recipients, credits it will cost and date in Bogotá time, and whether it can be reversed. Only an administrator with two-step verification completed can approve it.
Before you start
- Be an administrator.
- Your organization must have the autonomy level confirmation. If it isn't active, write to us.
Steps
- Ask for the action in Conversations. Example: “Schedule the October campaign”.
- A card appears in the chat. You'll also find it in Actions › Confirmations. Screenshot: confirmation card
- Read the full summary. What counts is the card, not the text the assistant writes around it.
- Click Approve to carry out exactly that, or Reject to discard it.
Expected result
If you approve, the action runs only once and is logged. If you reject, nothing happens.
What you should know
- The card expires after 15 minutes.
- If the campaign changed after the card was created, the action isn't carried out: ask for a new card.
- A double click doesn't run it twice.
- If the server fails while it's running, the action may stay as “running”: check the status in Archie Send before repeating it.
- Caps: 3 pending cards per conversation and 10 per hour per organization.
- Avoid approving out of habit: read every card.
Common issues

You're not an administrator or you haven't completed two-step verification.
It says “expired”
Ask for a new one.
It says the campaign changed
Check the campaign and ask for it again.
When to contact support
