What you'll achieve

Have Archie AI answer about your store (products, stock, sales, orders) and your digital advertising (campaigns, spend, results), always read-only.

Before you start

• Be an administrator.
• Store: WooCommerce, Shopify or VTEX. You need read credentials.
• Advertising: Meta Ads (a token with ad read permission, for example from a system user) or TikTok Ads (business API token), and the ad account number.
• Don't share the credentials by chat or email.

Connect a store

1. Go to Connections › Stores. Screenshot: Stores section
2. Choose the platform and type a name to recognize it.
3. WooCommerce: enter your site's final address (with https, no redirects) and the read keys. Shopify: your store name and the custom app token. VTEX: the account name and credentials.
4. Click Connect. We test the connection before saving.

Connect an ad account

1. Go to Connections › Digital advertising. Screenshot: Digital advertising section
2. Choose Meta Ads or TikTok Ads and enter a name, the ad account number and the token.
3. Click Connect.

What it can look up

• Store: products, low stock, sales summary, best sellers, orders and coupons (depending on the platform). Never buyers' personal data.
• Advertising: spend and results summary, campaign ranking and period comparison. Only aggregated metrics, never audiences or leads.

Limits you should know

• Summaries review up to 250 orders; if there are more, the assistant lets you know.
• In Shopify, without full order permission only 60 days are visible.
• Ad figures may change for a few hours due to each platform's attribution.
• Maximum 10 stores and 20 ad accounts per organization.
