What you'll achieve
Have Archie AI create lists, segments and campaigns for you as drafts, and be able to undo it with one click.
Before you start
- Your organization must have the autonomy level drafts (the default level) or confirmation. With the level read, the assistant doesn't see these tools. If you need to change the level, write to us.
- The connected Archie Send key must have permission to create lists, segments and campaigns.
Steps
- In Conversations, type what you need. Example: “Create a segment of people who haven't opened my emails in 60 days and prepare a reactivation campaign draft”.
- The assistant creates the drafts and tells you in the chat what it created. Screenshot: draft created notice
- Check the result in Archie Send: the campaign draft stays unsent, unscheduled.
- To undo, go to Actions, find the action and click Undo. Screenshot: Actions screen
What it can and can't do
- It can: create an empty list, save a segment and create a draft campaign.
- It can't: send, schedule, pause, edit or delete. For that there are confirmation cards (see “Approve or reject an action proposed by Archie AI”).
- Always check the content before sending: we accept simple HTML and only the contact name variables.
- Caps: 5 actions per conversation and 20 per hour per organization.
Expected result
The drafts appear in your Archie Send and the action is logged in Actions.
Common issues
It won't let me undo
It can only be undone if the list is still empty, the campaign is still a draft and the name hasn't changed. Whoever requested it or an administrator can undo it.
The content was rejected
The email had something not allowed (scripts, forms, etc.). Ask it to write it more simply.
You reached the cap
Wait an hour or start another conversation.
When to contact support
If a draft was created but doesn't appear in Actions. Send us the time and the name.
