What you'll achieve
Connect Archie Meet with other tools (your CRM, Archie Talk, Archie Bots, Archie AI, automations) and get notifications when something happens with a booking.
API keys
- Go to API keys and click Create key. Screenshot: API keys screen
- Give it a name that says what it's for and, if you can, choose the permission read-only.
- Copy the key and save it in your password manager: it's only shown once.
- To stop using it, revoke it from the same screen.
Golden rule: for another tool to only look up times or bookings, create a read-onlykey. Never share a key by chat or email.
Webhooks
- Go to Webhooks and click New. Screenshot: Webhooks screen
- Enter the https address that will receive the notifications and choose the events (booking created, rescheduled or canceled).
- Save the signing secret that's shown and use it to verify the notification comes from Archie Meet.
- Try it with a test booking and confirm it arrives.
Connection with Archie Bots and Archie AI
Archie Bots can share free times using a read-only Archie Meet key (see the Archie Bots guide “Connect your Archie Meet so the assistant can share availability”). Archie AI will check your calendar the same way once the connection is available.
Common issues
The webhook doesn't arrive
The address must be https, public and respond quickly with 200.
The signature doesn't match
Use the exact body without reformatting and the current secret.
When to contact support
If you followed the steps and notifications don't arrive. Send us the configured address and the time. Never the secret or the key.
