It doesn't represent money collected.<\/li>\n<li>There's one goal for COP and another for USD. If you only sell in pesos, leave USD at 0.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2>Steps<\/h2>\n<ol>\n<li>In the side menu open <strong>Sales CRM<\/strong>\u00a0and click <strong>Sales<\/strong>.<\/li>\n<li>Select the pipeline you want to measure. <span class=\"ay-captura\">Screenshot: Sales screen with the pipeline selector<\/span><\/li>\n<li>Find the section <strong>Sales goals<\/strong>.<\/li>\n<li>In <strong>Month<\/strong>\u00a0choose the month for the goal.<\/li>\n<li>On the card <strong>COP<\/strong>\u00a0type in <strong>Goal<\/strong>\u00a0the value, with a decimal point and no thousands separators. Example: 50000000.<\/li>\n<li>On the card <strong>USD<\/strong>\u00a0type the goal in dollars, or 0 if it doesn't apply.<\/li>\n<li>Click <strong>Save goals<\/strong>. You'll see the notice &#8220;Goals saved&#8221;. <span class=\"ay-captura\">Screenshot: goal cards by currency<\/span><\/li>\n<li>To track progress, look on each card at <strong>Won<\/strong>\u00a0(the value won in the month) and <strong>Progress<\/strong>\u00a0(the percentage against the goal).<\/li>\n<li>Change the field <strong>Month<\/strong>\u00a0to see or set goals for other months.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<h2>Expected result<\/h2>\n<p>Each currency shows how much you've won in the month and the progress percentage against your goal. When you reach or exceed the goal, progress shows as 100%.<\/p>\n<h2>Common issues<\/h2>\n<details>\n<summary>I don't see Sales goals.<\/summary>\n<p>Your user isn't an administrator, or no pipeline is selected yet.<\/p>\n<\/details>\n<details>\n<summary>The Save goals button doesn't respond.<\/summary>\n<p>Check that both fields have only numbers, up to 13 digits and at most two decimals, with a period and no commas.<\/p>\n<\/details>\n<details>\n<summary>It says &#8220;Couldn't load or save the goals.&#8221;<\/summary>\n<p>Check the values and try again.<\/p>\n<\/details>\n<details>\n<summary>Progress stays at 0%.<\/summary>\n<p>If the goal is 0, progress isn't calculated. There may also be no won opportunities in that month yet.<\/p>\n<\/details>\n<details>\n<summary>A won opportunity doesn't add up.<\/summary>\n<p>It counts in the month it was marked as won, and in the opportunity's currency.<\/p>\n<\/details>\n<h2>When to contact support<\/h2>\n<p>Write to us if you saved a goal and it isn't kept, or if progress doesn't match your won opportunities.
