It isn't an automatic prediction.<\/li>\n<li>Anyone with access to the opportunity can score it. Only administrators change the weights and the distribution.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2>Steps<\/h2>\n<h3>Score a lead<\/h3>\n<ol>\n<li>Open the opportunity (click its card or its title in <strong>All leads<\/strong>).<\/li>\n<li>Go to the section <strong>Lead score<\/strong>.<\/li>\n<li>For each criterion choose <strong>Yes<\/strong>, <strong>No<\/strong>\u00a0o <strong>Not confirmed<\/strong>: <strong>Budget confirmed<\/strong>, <strong>Decision maker<\/strong>, <strong>Clear need<\/strong>\u00a0y <strong>Purchase timeline<\/strong>.<\/li>\n<li>See the result in <strong>Score: X\/100<\/strong>. Each &#8220;Yes&#8221; adds the points set for that criterion; &#8220;No&#8221; and &#8220;Not confirmed&#8221; add zero. If you don't mark anything, <strong>Not scored<\/strong>.<\/li>\n<li>Click <strong>Save<\/strong>.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<h3>Prioritize<\/h3>\n<ol>\n<li>On the board or in the list, click <strong>Sort by priority<\/strong>. The priority (<strong>Priority N<\/strong>) is the score plus a source bonus.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<h3>Set weights, bonuses and distribution (administrators)<\/h3>\n<ol>\n<li>Open the three-dot menu (<strong>Pipeline options<\/strong>) and choose <strong>Configure pipeline<\/strong>.<\/li>\n<li>In <strong>Scoring weights<\/strong>\u00a0adjust the points for each criterion. They must add up to 100; you'll see <strong>Total: X\/100<\/strong>.<\/li>\n<li>In <strong>Sales priority<\/strong>\u00a0click <strong>Add source<\/strong>, type the exact source and the <strong>Bonus<\/strong>\u00a0(from 0 to 30). Each source can appear only once. Use <strong>Remove<\/strong>\u00a0to delete it.<\/li>\n<li>In <strong>New lead assignment<\/strong>\u00a0choose the <strong>Mode<\/strong>: <strong>Manual assignment<\/strong>, <strong>Round-robin distribution<\/strong>\u00a0o <strong>Available team only<\/strong>.<\/li>\n<li>If you chose distribution, check the <strong>Members who will receive leads<\/strong>. New leads without a chosen owner are distributed according to the configured mode, and existing leads keep their owner.<\/p>\n<h2>Common issues<\/h2>\n<details>\n<summary>It won't let me save the weights.<\/summary>\n<p>They must add up to exactly 100.<\/p>\n<\/details>\n<details>\n<summary>&#8220;Each source must appear only once.&#8221;<\/summary>\n<p>There are repeated sources in Sales priority.<\/p>\n<\/details>\n<details>\n<summary>A lead ended up with the &#8220;Reassign&#8221; label.<\/summary>\n<p>In available team mode, if no one is within the limit, the lead is assigned to the administrator who created it and flagged for you to reassign.<\/p>\n<\/details>\n<details>\n<summary>The distribution didn't assign the person I chose.<\/summary>\n<p>If you choose an owner by hand, it takes priority over the distribution and doesn't use up a turn.
