The tool showing the button asks Archie AI for a single-use link valid for 2 minutes, and the assistant opens in a protected window. The session lasts 2 hours.<\/p>\n<h2>What the widget can and can't do<\/h2>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>It can:<\/strong> chat, look up your data and, if the level allows it, create drafts. It counts as one query in the plan. It's the same private conversation you see in the dashboard.<\/li>\n<li><strong>It can't:<\/strong> approve confirmation cards, undo actions, change connections, instructions, team or security. Those actions <strong>are only done in the dashboard with 2FA<\/strong>.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2>Before you start<\/h2>\n<ul>\n<li>Be an administrator.<\/li>\n<li>Your technical team or Archie's must install the button in the host tool.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2>Steps<\/h2>\n<ol>\n<li>Go to <strong>Widget<\/strong> in the dashboard. <span class=\"ay-captura\">Screenshot: Widget screen<\/span><\/li>\n<li>In <strong>Authorized sites<\/strong>, add the address of each tool where it will be used, only with https and with no port or path (for example, <a href=\"https:\/\/send.tuempresa.com\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">https:\/\/send.tuempresa.com<\/a>). Maximum 10.<\/li>\n<li>In <strong>Embed keys<\/strong>, create a key for each tool. <strong>It's only shown once<\/strong>: save it in your password manager and give it to whoever installs it. Maximum 5 active.<\/li>\n<li>To remove a tool's access, revoke its key: sessions opened with it close immediately.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<h2>Expected result<\/h2>\n<p>Whoever uses the host tool sees the Archie AI button and can chat with the assistant.<\/p>\n<h2>Best practices<\/h2>\n<ul>\n<li>The key lives <strong>only on the server<\/strong> of the tool, never in the browser or in a shared document.<\/li>\n<li>Anyone with the key could open the widget as any user in the organization; revoke it if it leaks. Check the last-used date.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2>Common issues<\/h2>\n<details>\n<summary>The button doesn't appear or the widget doesn't open<\/summary>\n<p>The site isn't on the authorized list or the address doesn't match exactly.<\/p>\n<\/details>\n<details>\n<summary>It says the session expired<\/summary>\n<p>A new link is requested when you open it again.<\/p>\n<\/details>\n<details>\n<summary>The person can't get in<\/summary>\n<p>They must be active in Archie AI in your organization.<\/p>\n<\/details>\n<h2>When to contact support<\/h2>\n<p>If you installed the button and it doesn't open. Send us the site address and the time.
