You can test with any role, even &#8220;Read-only&#8221;.<\/p>\n<h2>Steps<\/h2>\n<ol>\n<li>Open the tab <strong>Test<\/strong>. The bot starts talking. <span class=\"ay-captura\">Screenshot: the builder's Test tab with the test conversation<\/span><\/li>\n<li>Reply in <strong>Your reply<\/strong>\u00a0and click <strong>Send<\/strong>, or tap the buttons that appear.<\/li>\n<li>Deliberately type a bad answer (a mobile number with letters) and check that the bot asks for it again.<\/li>\n<li>When the bot reaches a <strong>Send to your system<\/strong>, nothing is actually sent. You'll see a notice &#8220;data would be sent here to &#8230;&#8221; with the collected data. Click <strong>Simulate success<\/strong>\u00a0o <strong>Simulate error<\/strong>\u00a0to see which path it follows.<\/li>\n<li>Click <strong>Start over<\/strong>\u00a0to repeat the test.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<h2>Expected result<\/h2>\n<p>You went through all the bot's paths and the texts sound the way you want.<\/p>\n<h2>What this test doesn't check<\/h2>\n<p>It doesn't send real data to your CRM or test the chat inside your site. After publishing, run a test on your real page (see &#8220;Install the chat on your site&#8221;).<\/p>\n<h2>Common issues<\/h2>\n<details>\n<summary>The bot repeats the same question<\/summary>\n<p>The answer doesn't meet the format (email, mobile, number).
