We don't use chat cookies.<\/p>\n<h2>Consent<\/h2>\n<p>Before starting, the chat shows a consent text and a link to your privacy policy. The person must click &#8220;Accept and continue&#8221;. You tell us the text and link; we set them up. Your privacy policy must explain what you use this data for and how to exercise their rights (Law 1581 of 2012). <strong>Check the final text with a lawyer.<\/strong><\/p>\n<h2>How long it's kept<\/h2>\n<p>Conversations are deleted automatically 365 days after their last activity, unless we agree on another period (between 30 days and 10 years).<\/p>\n<h2>Delete a person's data<\/h2>\n<p>If a person asks us to delete their information, write to us with the approximate date and the data they left in the chat. We find their conversation and delete it along with all its messages.
