With the level <strong>read<\/strong>, the assistant doesn't see these tools. If you need to change the level, write to us.<\/li>\n<li>The connected Archie Send key must have permission to create lists, segments and campaigns.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2>Steps<\/h2>\n<ol>\n<li>In <strong>Conversations<\/strong>, type what you need. Example: &#8220;Create a segment of people who haven't opened my emails in 60 days and prepare a reactivation campaign draft&#8221;.<\/li>\n<li>The assistant creates the drafts and tells you in the chat what it created. <span class=\"ay-captura\">Screenshot: draft created notice<\/span><\/li>\n<li>Check the result in Archie Send: the campaign draft stays <strong>unsent<\/strong>, unscheduled.<\/li>\n<li>To undo, go to <strong>Actions<\/strong>, find the action and click <strong>Undo<\/strong>. <span class=\"ay-captura\">Screenshot: Actions screen<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<h2>What it can and can't do<\/h2>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>It can:<\/strong> create an empty list, save a segment and create a draft campaign.<\/li>\n<li><strong>It can't:<\/strong> send, schedule, pause, edit or delete. For that there are confirmation cards (see &#8220;Approve or reject an action proposed by Archie AI&#8221;).<\/li>\n<li>Always check the content before sending: we accept simple HTML and only the contact name variables.<\/li>\n<li>Caps: 5 actions per conversation and 20 per hour per organization.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2>Expected result<\/h2>\n<p>The drafts appear in your Archie Send and the action is logged in <strong>Actions<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<h2>Common issues<\/h2>\n<details>\n<summary>It won't let me undo<\/summary>\n<p>It can only be undone if the list is still empty, the campaign is still a draft and the name hasn't changed. Whoever requested it or an administrator can undo it.<\/p>\n<\/details>\n<details>\n<summary>The content was rejected<\/summary>\n<p>The email had something not allowed (scripts, forms, etc.). Ask it to write it more simply.<\/p>\n<\/details>\n<details>\n<summary>You reached the cap<\/summary>\n<p>Wait an hour or start another conversation.<\/p>\n<\/details>\n<h2>When to contact support<\/h2>\n<p>If a draft was created but doesn't appear in Actions.
