What you'll achieve<\/h2>\n

Be able to get back into your account if you lose your two-step verification phone or forget your password.<\/p>\n

Recovery codes<\/h2>\n

You have 10 codes<\/strong>, each single-use. They're shown once<\/strong>.<\/p>\n

  1. When you turn on 2FA, copy the codes and save them in your password manager. Screenshot: recovery codes screen<\/span><\/li>\n
  2. If you lose your phone, on the verification screen choose to use a recovery code and enter one.<\/li>\n
  3. Each time you use one, we notify you by email and it's logged.<\/li>\n
  4. To generate a new set, go to your profile and click Regenerate codes<\/strong>. We ask for your password and the previous codes stop working.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

    Recover your password<\/h2>\n

    1. On the sign-in screen click Forgot your password?<\/strong> and enter your email.<\/li>\n
    2. You'll always see the same message, whether or not the email exists, for security.<\/li>\n
    3. Open the email and click the link. It's valid for 30 minutes and works only once.<\/strong><\/li>\n
    4. Enter the new password. All your open sessions are closed and we email you about the change.<\/li>\n
    5. When you sign in, we'll still ask for 2FA: recovering your password doesn't skip<\/strong> verification.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

      What you should know<\/h2>\n
        \n
      • Maximum 3 recovery requests per hour.<\/li>\n
      • If you lose your password, your codes and your phone, your administrator can't bypass 2FA; write to us.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

        Common issues<\/h2>\n
        \nThe link doesn't work<\/summary>\n

        It expired or was already used. Request another one.<\/p>\n<\/details>\n

        \nThe email doesn't arrive<\/summary>\n

        Check spam and that you entered the email you were invited with.<\/p>\n<\/details>\n

        \nA code doesn't work<\/summary>\n

        It was already used or the codes were regenerated.<\/p>\n<\/details>\n
