The section <strong>Settings and keys<\/strong>\u00a0doesn't appear with other roles.<\/li>\n<li>Have a password manager at hand to save the new keys.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2>Steps<\/h2>\n<ol>\n<li>Go to <strong>Settings and keys<\/strong>\u00a0in the sidebar. <span class=\"ay-captura\">Screenshot: key list<\/span><\/li>\n<li>In <strong>Key name<\/strong>\u00a0type who will use it (for example, \u00abAna, customer service\u00bb).<\/li>\n<li>Choose the <strong>Role<\/strong>\u00a0with the minimum permission they need: Read-only, Editor or Administrator.<\/li>\n<li>Click <strong>Create key<\/strong>.<\/li>\n<li>Copy the key that appears and save it in your password manager. <strong>It's only shown once<\/strong>; once you click <strong>I've saved it<\/strong>\u00a0it can no longer be recovered. <span class=\"ay-captura\">Screenshot: new key<\/span><\/li>\n<li>Share it with the person through a secure channel.<\/li>\n<li>To remove access, click <strong>Revoke<\/strong>\u00a0on that key's row and confirm.<\/li>\n<li>To rotate the webhooks secret, click <strong>Rotate secret<\/strong>, confirm, copy the new secret and update it in the system that receives your data.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<h2>Expected result<\/h2>\n<p>The new key works immediately with its role. A revoked key stops working instantly and is crossed out in the list.<\/p>\n<h2>Common issues<\/h2>\n<details>\n<summary>I can't revoke my own key<\/summary>\n<p>That's on purpose, because you'd lose access. Do it with another administrator key.<\/p>\n<\/details>\n<details>\n<summary>I lost the key I just created<\/summary>\n<p>It can't be recovered.
