Check your balance in <strong>SMS \u2192 SMS credits<\/strong>.<\/li>\n<li>Your contacts must have a mobile number saved. Those who don't, or who are in <strong>SMS unsubscribes<\/strong>, don't receive the SMS.<\/li>\n<li>Have at hand how people can unsubscribe (for example &#8220;reply on WhatsApp to 300 000 0000&#8221;). Write it in the SMS text.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2>Steps<\/h2>\n<ol>\n<li>Open <strong>SMS \u2192 SMS campaigns<\/strong>\u00a0and click <strong>New<\/strong>.<\/li>\n<li>Enter an internal <strong>name<\/strong>\u00a0and choose the <strong>lists<\/strong>. If you want to narrow it down, choose a <strong>segment<\/strong>.<\/li>\n<li>Type the <strong>SMS text<\/strong>. To personalize, use the buttons <strong>Name<\/strong>, <strong>Full name<\/strong>\u00a0o <strong>Attribute<\/strong>. If someone's data is missing you can leave fallback text, for example {nombre|amigo}.<\/li>\n<li>Look at the panel on the right: how many people will receive the SMS, how many credits it will use and how it will look with real data.<\/li>\n<li>Optional: enter your mobile number and click <strong>Send test to my phone<\/strong>\u00a0(uses credits; maximum 10 tests a day).<\/li>\n<li>If you want to schedule it, turn on <strong>Schedule date and time<\/strong>\u00a0and choose when.<\/li>\n<li>Check the box confirming that your message explains how to unsubscribe and that you'll respect unsubscribes.<\/li>\n<li>Click <strong>Send now<\/strong>\u00a0o <strong>Schedule send<\/strong>\u00a0and confirm.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p><span class=\"ay-captura\">Screenshot: SMS campaign editor with the audience panel<\/span> <span class=\"ay-captura\">Screenshot: campaign report with cards by status<\/span><\/p>\n<h2>Expected result<\/h2>\n<p>You'll see the campaign report: how many are queued, sent, delivered and failed. It updates on its own.<\/p>\n<h2>When someone asks to unsubscribe<\/h2>\n<p>Record their number in <strong>SMS \u2192 SMS unsubscribes \u2192 Add unsubscribes<\/strong>. From then on they won't receive any of your campaigns. You can paste several numbers at once.<\/p>\n<h2>Pause or cancel<\/h2>\n<p>In the report you can <strong>Pause<\/strong>\u00a0(what was already queued goes out, nothing more is prepared) or <strong>Cancel<\/strong>\u00a0(credits for messages that hadn't gone out are refunded).<\/p>\n<h2>Common issues<\/h2>\n<details>\n<summary>&#8220;There are no recipients&#8221;<\/summary>\n<p>None of the contacts has a valid mobile number or they're all in SMS unsubscribes.<\/p>\n<\/details>\n<details>\n<summary>&#8220;You don't have enough credits&#8221;<\/summary>\n<p>Top up in <strong>SMS \u2192 SMS credits<\/strong>.
