Know how many SMS you can send, how much your message costs and when your credits expire.<\/p>\n

You need sending permission on your account.<\/p>\n

Steps<\/h2>\n

  1. In the side menu open SMS \u2192 SMS credits<\/strong>.<\/li>\n
  2. Check your balance<\/strong>\u00a0and the expiration date. Credits last 6 months from your last top-up.<\/li>\n
  3. In the Message calculator<\/strong>\u00a0type your text and the number of recipients. You'll see the characters, the parts and the total cost in credits.<\/li>\n
  4. To buy more, click Top up<\/strong>.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

    How credits are counted<\/h2>\n
      \n
    • 1 credit = 1 message part per recipient.<\/li>\n
    • A message with standard characters allows 160 characters per part (153 if it needs several parts).<\/li>\n
    • If the text has accents like \u00e1, \u00ed, \u00f3, \u00fa, or emojis, each part only allows 70 characters (67 if there are several). Removing those characters makes sending cheaper.<\/li>\n
    • Your SMS credits are separate from email credits.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n
