So your emails reach the inbox and not spam, your account &#8220;warms up&#8221;: it starts by sending a little and increases every day.<\/p>\n<h2>How it works<\/h2>\n<ul>\n<li>On the first day you send, the limit is <strong>500 emails<\/strong>.<\/li>\n<li>Each following day the limit <strong>doubles<\/strong>: 1.000, 2.000, 4.000, 8.000, 16.000&#8230;<\/li>\n<li>The limit has a <strong>daily maximum<\/strong> (20,000 by default). If you need more, write to us.<\/li>\n<li>Emails counted include <strong>campaigns<\/strong> and <strong>confirmation emails<\/strong> for subscriptions.<\/li>\n<li>Days are counted in Colombia time: the counter resets at midnight.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2>Where you see it<\/h2>\n<p>In <strong>Settings \u2192 Sending settings<\/strong>, at the top, under &#8220;Your daily sending limit&#8221;: how many you've sent today, how many you can send and how many you'll be able to send tomorrow. <span class=\"ay-captura\">Screenshot: &#8220;Your daily sending limit&#8221; box in Sending settings<\/span><\/p>\n<h2>What happens if my campaign is larger than the limit<\/h2>\n<ul>\n<li>The campaign sends up to today's limit and <strong>stops on its own<\/strong>. No credits are charged for what wasn't sent.<\/li>\n<li><strong>It continues automatically the next day<\/strong>, with the new limit, from where it left off. You don't have to do anything.<\/li>\n<li>A 10,000-contact campaign for a new account will take several days to complete (500 + 1,000 + 2,000 + 4,000 + 2,500).<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2>Common issues<\/h2>\n<details>\n<summary>&#8220;My campaign says &#8216;in progress&#8217; but isn't moving&#8221;<\/summary>\n<p>It probably reached today's limit. Check the daily limit box; it will continue tomorrow.<\/p>\n<\/details>\n<details>\n<summary>&#8220;My new subscribers aren't getting confirmation emails&#8221;<\/summary>\n<p>If you reached the day's limit, those emails wait and go out the next day.<\/p>\n<\/details>\n<details>\n<summary>&#8220;I need to send faster&#8221;<\/summary>\n<p>Write to us. If your domain already had a good reputation, we can adjust the warm-up.<\/p>\n<\/details>\n<h2>When to contact support<\/h2>\n<p>If you need a higher limit or think the counter is wrong.
