With a read-only key you can see Home, but you can't change anything.<\/li>\n<li>Some notices (channels, inbox) only appear with an edit key.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2>Steps<\/h2>\n<ol>\n<li>Sign in with your key. You'll see the dark sidebar on the left with the sections: <strong>Home<\/strong>, <strong>Automations<\/strong>, <strong>Inbox<\/strong>, <strong>Knowledge<\/strong>, <strong>Channels<\/strong>, <strong>Results<\/strong>\u00a0y <strong>AI assistant<\/strong>. At the bottom are <strong>Getting started<\/strong>\u00a0and your role. <span class=\"ay-captura\">Screenshot: sidebar with the seven sections<\/span><\/li>\n<li>In <strong>Home<\/strong>, choose the period at the top: <strong>Today<\/strong>, <strong>7 days<\/strong>\u00a0o <strong>30 days<\/strong>. Notices are in two groups: <strong>Now<\/strong>\u00a0(conversations waiting for a person, assistant out of service, store or CRM failures, channels without credentials) and <strong>This week<\/strong>\u00a0(unpublished drafts, paused automations, missing knowledge, high drop-off and privacy notices: a web channel without consent or without a link to your privacy notice). <span class=\"ay-captura\">Screenshot: Needs your attention list<\/span><\/li>\n<li>Click a notice's button (for example <strong>Handle now<\/strong>) to go straight to the section where it's resolved.<\/li>\n<li>Check the five indicators, the conversations chart, the health of your channels and services, and recent conversations.<\/li>\n<li>Look at <strong>When people write<\/strong>: each square is one hour of a weekday (Colombia time) and it's darker the more conversations there were. Use it to decide when to have your team available. <span class=\"ay-captura\">Screenshot: hour heat map<\/span><\/li>\n<li>In <strong>Where people drop off<\/strong>\u00a0you see the blocks where conversations were left inactive for more than 24 hours, and in <strong>Team workload<\/strong>\u00a0how many conversations each person has taken.<\/li>\n<li>Further down, <strong>Suggestions to improve<\/strong>\u00a0proposes actions based on your figures (for example, having someone in the Inbox during your busiest hour). They're simple rules, not predictions. <span class=\"ay-captura\">Screenshot: suggestions card<\/span><\/li>\n<li>To edit a bot, go to <strong>Automations<\/strong>\u00a0and click its name: the builder opens full screen with the tabs <strong>Canvas<\/strong>, <strong>Test<\/strong>, <strong>Versions<\/strong>, <strong>Analytics<\/strong>\u00a0e <strong>Install<\/strong>. Ask for an edit key.<\/p>\n<\/details>\n<details>\n<summary>When I leave the builder it asks if I want to leave<\/summary>\n<p>There are unsaved changes.
