You need read credentials.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Advertising:<\/strong> Meta Ads (a token with ad read permission, for example from a system user) or TikTok Ads (business API token), and the ad account number.<\/li>\n<li>Don't share the credentials by chat or email.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2>Connect a store<\/h2>\n<ol>\n<li>Go to <strong>Connections \u203a Stores<\/strong>. <span class=\"ay-captura\">Screenshot: Stores section<\/span><\/li>\n<li>Choose the platform and type a name to recognize it.<\/li>\n<li>WooCommerce: enter your site's final address (with https, no redirects) and the read keys. Shopify: your store name and the custom app token. VTEX: the account name and credentials.<\/li>\n<li>Click <strong>Connect<\/strong>. We test the connection before saving.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<h2>Connect an ad account<\/h2>\n<ol>\n<li>Go to <strong>Connections \u203a Digital advertising<\/strong>. <span class=\"ay-captura\">Screenshot: Digital advertising section<\/span><\/li>\n<li>Choose Meta Ads or TikTok Ads and enter a name, the ad account number and the token.<\/li>\n<li>Click <strong>Connect<\/strong>.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<h2>What it can look up<\/h2>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Store:<\/strong> products, low stock, sales summary, best sellers, orders and coupons (depending on the platform). Never buyers' personal data.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Advertising:<\/strong> spend and results summary, campaign ranking and period comparison. Only aggregated metrics, never audiences or leads.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2>Limits you should know<\/h2>\n<ul>\n<li>Summaries review up to 250 orders; if there are more, the assistant lets you know.<\/li>\n<li>In Shopify, without full order permission only 60 days are visible.<\/li>\n<li>Ad figures may change for a few hours due to each platform's attribution.<\/li>\n<li>Maximum 10 stores and 20 ad accounts per organization.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2>Common issues<\/h2>\n<details>\n<summary>The connection shows as failed<\/summary>\n<p>The platform rejected the credential; paste it again.<\/p>\n<\/details>\n<details>\n<summary>WooCommerce won't connect<\/summary>\n<p>Enter your site's final address, exactly as it appears in the browser (with or without www).<\/p>\n<\/details>\n<details>\n<summary>Meta or TikTok reject the token<\/summary>\n<p>Check the permissions and that the Meta app is approved.<\/p>\n<\/details>\n<h2>When to contact support<\/h2>\n<p>If the connection fails with correct credentials.
