The keys are shown only once.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2>Steps<\/h2>\n<ol>\n<li>In the editor click <strong>AI assistant<\/strong>\u00a0in the sidebar and scroll down to the store section.<\/li>\n<li>Type the <strong>Store domain<\/strong>\u00a0and paste the <strong>Consumer key (ck_\u2026)<\/strong>\u00a0and the <strong>Consumer secret (cs_\u2026)<\/strong>. <span class=\"ay-captura\">Screenshot: store form<\/span><\/li>\n<li>Click <strong>Connect and verify<\/strong>\u00a0(if it was already connected, it says <strong>Reconnect<\/strong>). The fields clear instantly and the keys are stored encrypted.<\/li>\n<li>Check that the store shows as connected. To remove it use <strong>Disconnect store<\/strong>.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<h2>Expected result<\/h2>\n<p>The bot can search your products and prepare orders. Payment happens in your store, with the gateway you already have installed; the bot never asks for card details.<\/p>\n<h2>Common issues<\/h2>\n<details>\n<summary>Connection error<\/summary>\n<p>Confirm that the address starts with https and that the keys are read\/write.<\/p>\n<\/details>\n<details>\n<summary>Shipping isn't quoted<\/summary>\n<p>Only flat rate, free shipping over a minimum amount and in-store pickup are quoted; with other methods, the bot hands off to a person.<\/p>\n<\/details>\n<details>\n<summary>Different prices<\/summary>\n<p>The bot always uses your store's price; it doesn't give discounts.<\/p>\n<\/details>\n<h2>When to contact support<\/h2>\n<p>If the connection fails with correct keys.
