You get them in the Meta for Developers panel. Never send them by chat or email: we'll tell you a secure channel to deliver them.<\/li>\n<li>Your API key must be <strong>administrator<\/strong>.<\/li>\n<li>You must already have a flow created and published.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2>Steps<\/h2>\n<ol>\n<li>Go into the editor and open the flow you want to use for WhatsApp.<\/li>\n<li>In the sidebar click <strong>Channels<\/strong>. <span class=\"ay-captura\">Screenshot: Channels section<\/span><\/li>\n<li>Copy the <strong>webhook address<\/strong>\u00a0shown at the top and give it to our team (or paste it into Meta if you manage the app). If the notice that the receiver is off appears, let us know: a service setting is missing.<\/li>\n<li>In <strong>Connect a channel<\/strong>, choose <strong>WhatsApp<\/strong>, type a name to recognize it, paste the number ID and the token, and click <strong>Connect channel<\/strong>.<\/li>\n<li>Click <strong>Test connection<\/strong>\u00a0on the channel that just appeared.<\/li>\n<li>Send a test message from another phone to the bot's number.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<h2>Expected result<\/h2>\n<p>The channel appears in the list with the flow you had open and the connection test says it works. The test message gets the bot's reply.<\/p>\n<h2>Common issues<\/h2>\n<details>\n<summary>&#8220;Meta didn't accept that token for that ID&#8221;<\/summary>\n<p>The token doesn't match that number or is missing permissions. Generate a new token for the same number.<\/p>\n<\/details>\n<details>\n<summary>The channel shows &#8220;No token&#8221;<\/summary>\n<p>Connect it again with a valid token.<\/p>\n<\/details>\n<details>\n<summary>The bot doesn't reply<\/summary>\n<p>Check that the flow is published and that the channel uses that flow (button <strong>Use this flow<\/strong>).
