Our team will support you; don't share the token by chat or email.<\/li>\n<li>An <strong>administrator<\/strong>\u00a0API key and a published flow.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2>Steps<\/h2>\n<ol>\n<li>In the editor, click <strong>Channels<\/strong>\u00a0in the sidebar.<\/li>\n<li>In <strong>Connect a channel<\/strong>, choose <strong>Instagram<\/strong>\u00a0o <strong>Messenger<\/strong>.<\/li>\n<li>Enter a name, the ID (of the Instagram account or the page) and the token. Click <strong>Connect channel<\/strong>.<\/li>\n<li>Click <strong>Test connection<\/strong>.<\/li>\n<li>Send a direct message to the account from another profile and check the reply.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<h2>Expected result<\/h2>\n<p>Direct messages get the flow's replies.
