Ads that lead to a web page don't count.<\/li>\n<li>Only new conversations that arrive <strong>after<\/strong> turning on this feature are recorded.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2>Steps<\/h2>\n<ol>\n<li>Go to <strong>CRM<\/strong> in Archie Talk.<\/li>\n<li>Create opportunities from incoming conversations, as you normally do, and move them through the stages until <strong>Won<\/strong> o <strong>Lost<\/strong>.<\/li>\n<li>Scroll down to the section <strong>Sales by ad<\/strong>. <span class=\"ay-captura\">Screenshot: &#8220;Sales by ad&#8221; section with several cards<\/span><\/li>\n<li>Each card shows, per ad: conversations, opportunities, won, win rate and won value in COP and USD.<\/li>\n<li>On the board, opportunities that came from an ad carry the label <strong>Came from ad: \u2026<\/strong>. <span class=\"ay-captura\">Screenshot: card with the label<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<h2>Expected result<\/h2>\n<p>You see which ads bring conversations and which bring sales, so you can decide where to put more budget.<\/p>\n<h2>Common issues<\/h2>\n<details>\n<summary>No cards appear<\/summary>\n<p>No conversation has come in from a Click-to-WhatsApp ad yet, or the number isn't connected with the official API.<\/p>\n<\/details>\n<details>\n<summary>It says &#8220;Unidentified ad&#8221;<\/summary>\n<p>WhatsApp delivered the click ID but not the ad ID. It's still counted.<\/p>\n<\/details>\n<details>\n<summary>A sales rep doesn't see everything<\/summary>\n<p>Each sales rep only sees their own opportunities; the administrator sees them all.<\/p>\n<\/details>\n<details>\n<summary>Sales don't match what you see in Meta<\/summary>\n<p>Only opportunities marked as <strong>Won<\/strong> in Archie Talk.<\/p>\n<\/details>\n<h2>When to contact support<\/h2>\n<p>If you clicked a test ad, wrote to your number and it doesn't appear after a few minutes. Send us the approximate time and the ad name, with no payment details.<\/p>\n<h2>What data is saved<\/h2>\n<p>The ad ID, its title and the click ID provided by WhatsApp are saved. Nothing else about the contact is saved.
