Go to your domain's DNS and create a record <strong>TXT<\/strong> with that Name and that Content (you can use the <strong>Copy<\/strong> link in each cell). Priority doesn't apply: leave it empty. For TTL leave &#8220;Automatic&#8221;. <span class=\"ay-captura\">Screenshot: table with the TXT record<\/span><\/li>\n<li>Wait a few minutes (sometimes up to a few hours) and click <strong>Verify now<\/strong>.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Step 2 \u00b7 Sign your emails (DKIM).<\/strong> Once the domain is verified, <strong>3 new CNAME records<\/strong> will appear in a table with the same format. Create them in your DNS exactly as shown (identical Name and Content). <span class=\"ay-captura\">Screenshot: table with the 3 DKIM CNAME records<\/span><\/li>\n<li>Click <strong>Check DKIM<\/strong>. While the status says &#8220;pending&#8221;, you can't send from that domain yet. When it says <strong>Active<\/strong>, it's ready.<\/li>\n<li>Go to &#8220;Sender&#8221;, enter your name and your email (from the verified domain) and click <strong>Save sender<\/strong>.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<h2>Expected result<\/h2>\n<p>Your domain appears as Verified, with DKIM active, and your new campaigns use your sender.<\/p>\n<h2>Common issues<\/h2>\n<details>\n<summary>&#8220;We don't see the TXT record yet&#8221;<\/summary>\n<p>Check that the Name and Content are identical, with no spaces, and wait a few more minutes.<\/p>\n<\/details>\n<details>\n<summary>DKIM still shows &#8220;pending&#8221;<\/summary>\n<p>That's normal for a few hours. Check that the 3 CNAMEs are created and that your DNS provider doesn't append your domain to the end of the Name (if it does, remove the repeated part).<\/p>\n<\/details>\n<details>\n<summary>DKIM shows &#8220;failed&#8221;<\/summary>\n<p>One of the CNAMEs is missing or has a different value. Fix it and click <strong>Check DKIM<\/strong> again.<\/p>\n<\/details>\n<details>\n<summary>&#8220;This domain can't be registered&#8221;<\/summary>\n<p>The domain is already in another account. Write to support.<\/p>\n<\/details>\n<details>\n<summary>I can't save the sender<\/summary>\n<p>The email must be from a verified domain.<\/p>\n<\/details>\n<details>\n<summary>I can't send the campaign with my sender<\/summary>\n<p>Check that the domain is verified and DKIM is active.<\/p>\n<\/details>\n<details>\n<summary>Until you verify a domain, your campaigns go out with the platform's shared sender.<\/summary>\n<\/details>\n<h2>When to contact support<\/h2>\n<p>If more than 24 hours have passed and the domain or DKIM isn't active. Send us your domain name and a screenshot of the records in your DNS.<\/p>\n<h2>Which domains you can register<\/h2>\n<ul>\n<li>Your main domain (yourcompany.com) or a subdomain (mail.yourcompany.com); a subdomain is the best choice for bulk email.<\/li>\n<li>Free email addresses (from email providers) and domains you don't control aren't accepted, because you won't be able to create the records.<\/li>\n<li>If your domain has accents or \u00f1, use its technical form (xn--&#8230;).<\/li>\n<li>If another account already verified your domain, write to support.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2>Bounce policy<\/h2>\n<p>On the same screen you can decide what to do with contacts whose email doesn't arrive: a soft bounce (full mailbox, temporary failure) can just be logged, unsubscribed or blocked after 1 to 10 attempts.
