Privacy<\/strong>\u00a0and turn each option on or off:<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Allow blocking from the unsubscribe page:<\/strong>\u00a0the contact can ask to receive nothing else.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Allow managing preferences:<\/strong>\u00a0the contact changes their name and their lists.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Allow downloading their data:<\/strong>\u00a0they receive a copy of their data by email.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Allow deleting their data:<\/strong>\u00a0they can delete their record.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Save the IP when confirming the subscription:<\/strong>\u00a0it serves as proof of consent.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Turn off open and click tracking:<\/strong>\u00a0you won't see those statistics.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Track per contact:<\/strong>\u00a0if you turn it off, statistics will be anonymous.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><span class=\"ay-captura\">Screenshot: section 4. Legal details<\/strong>\u00a0turn on <em>Add this footer to all my campaigns<\/em>\u00a0and fill in the legal name, tax ID (with its label, for example &#8220;NIT 900.123.456-7&#8221;) and address. The privacy policy link and additional text are optional. <span class=\"ay-captura\">Screenshot: section 5. Legal details filled in<\/span><\/li>\n<li>Click <strong>Save privacy and legal details<\/strong>.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<h2>Expected result<\/h2>\n<p>The notice &#8220;Privacy and legal details saved&#8221; appears. From then on, every campaign you send includes your legal details at the end. Changes reach sending in less than a minute. <span class=\"ay-captura\">Screenshot: received email with the legal footer at the end<\/span><\/p>\n<h2>Common issues<\/h2>\n<details>\n<summary>&#8220;Legal name, tax ID and address are required to turn on the legal footer&#8221;<\/summary>\n<p>Fill in those three fields or turn off the footer.<\/p>\n<\/details>\n<details>\n<summary>&#8220;The privacy policy must be a valid http(s) URL&#8221;<\/summary>\n<p>Enter the full link, starting with https:\/\/.<\/p>\n<\/details>\n<details>\n<summary>I don't see open or click statistics<\/summary>\n<p>Check whether you turned off tracking. If it says the platform has it turned off, that applies to all accounts.<\/p>\n<\/details>\n<details>\n<summary>I changed the options and an email went out with the old ones<\/summary>\n<p>Emails that were already being prepared aren't changed.<\/p>\n<\/details>\n<h2>When to contact support<\/h2>\n<p>If you can't find the section, can't save, or the footer doesn't appear after sending a test.
