Always start with the <strong>test<\/strong>.<\/li>\n<li>keys. Don't send the keys by chat or email.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2>Steps<\/h2>\n<ol>\n<li>Go to <strong>Settings \u203a Payments<\/strong>. <span class=\"ay-captura\">Screenshot: payments screen<\/span><\/li>\n<li>Choose Wompi or ePayco and paste your keys. They're stored encrypted.<\/li>\n<li>Copy the <strong>confirmation address (webhook)<\/strong> Archie Meet shows you and paste it into your gateway's panel, in the events or confirmations section.<\/li>\n<li>On the event type you want to charge for, turn on payment and enter the price.<\/li>\n<li>Make a test booking with the gateway's test data and confirm the booking changes to <strong>confirmed<\/strong> when the payment is approved.<\/li>\n<li>When everything works, switch to the live keys.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<h2>What you should know<\/h2>\n<ul>\n<li>Some methods (PSE, cash) are confirmed later: the booking stays pending until the gateway notifies.<\/li>\n<li>We verify the amount on the server before confirming.<\/li>\n<li>Depending on the gateway, refunds may have to be made manually in its panel.<\/li>\n<li>Each gateway charges its own fees.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2>Common issues<\/h2>\n<details>\n<summary>The payment was approved but the booking is still pending<\/summary>\n<p>Check that the confirmation address is pasted correctly in the gateway.<\/p>\n<\/details>\n<details>\n<summary>Error saving the keys<\/summary>\n<p>Check that they're from the same environment (test with test, production with production).<\/p>\n<\/details>\n<h2>When to contact support<\/h2>\n<p>If an approved payment doesn't confirm the booking.
