When you ask it to, it creates a <strong>confirmation card<\/strong> with a summary written by the system using real data: the campaign's name and subject, status, lists and contacts, maximum recipients, credits it will cost and date in Bogot\u00e1 time, and whether it can be reversed. Only an <strong>administrator<\/strong> with two-step verification completed can approve it.<\/p>\n<h2>Before you start<\/h2>\n<ul>\n<li>Be an administrator.<\/li>\n<li>Your organization must have the autonomy level <strong>confirmation<\/strong>. If it isn't active, write to us.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2>Steps<\/h2>\n<ol>\n<li>Ask for the action in <strong>Conversations<\/strong>. Example: &#8220;Schedule the October campaign&#8221;.<\/li>\n<li>A card appears in the chat. You'll also find it in <strong>Actions \u203a Confirmations<\/strong>. <span class=\"ay-captura\">Screenshot: confirmation card<\/span><\/li>\n<li>Read the full summary. <strong>What counts is the card, not the text the assistant writes around it.<\/strong><\/li>\n<li>Click <strong>Approve<\/strong> to carry out exactly that, or <strong>Reject<\/strong> to discard it.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<h2>Expected result<\/h2>\n<p>If you approve, the action runs only once and is logged. If you reject, nothing happens.<\/p>\n<h2>What you should know<\/h2>\n<ul>\n<li>The card <strong>expires after 15 minutes<\/strong>.<\/li>\n<li>If the campaign changed after the card was created, the action <strong>isn't carried out<\/strong>: ask for a new card.<\/li>\n<li>A double click doesn't run it twice.<\/li>\n<li>If the server fails while it's running, the action may stay as &#8220;running&#8221;: check the status in Archie Send before repeating it.<\/li>\n<li>Caps: 3 pending cards per conversation and 10 per hour per organization.<\/li>\n<li>Avoid approving out of habit: read every card.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2>Common issues<\/h2>\n<details>\n<summary>I don't see the Approve button<\/summary>\n<p>You're not an administrator or you haven't completed two-step verification.<\/p>\n<\/details>\n<details>\n<summary>It says &#8220;expired&#8221;<\/summary>\n<p>Ask for a new one.<\/p>\n<\/details>\n<details>\n<summary>It says the campaign changed<\/summary>\n<p>Check the campaign and ask for it again.<\/p>\n<\/details>\n<h2>When to contact support<\/h2>\n<p>If you approved and the campaign didn't change status.
