You'll receive a welcome message with a button or link to create your password.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2>Steps<\/h2>\n<ol>\n<li>Open the welcome email and click the link to create your password. <span class=\"ay-captura\">Screenshot: welcome email with the button<\/span><\/li>\n<li>Type your new password (at least 8 characters; we recommend a long phrase) and repeat it. <span class=\"ay-captura\">Screenshot: &#8220;Reset password&#8221; screen with both fields<\/span><\/li>\n<li>Click the button to save it. You'll go straight into your dashboard.<\/li>\n<li>Your username is the email from your purchase. To sign in another day, open the dashboard address we shared with you when we activated your account, and enter that email as your username along with your password. <span class=\"ay-captura\">Screenshot: dashboard with &#8220;My account&#8221;, Subscribers and Campaigns in the menu<\/span><\/li>\n<li>Your next step is to register and verify the domain you'll send your emails from (guide &#8220;Register and verify your sending domain&#8221;).<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<h2>Expected result<\/h2>\n<p>You see your dashboard with your own &#8220;My contacts&#8221; list. Only you and the people you invite to your team can see your information.<\/p>\n<h2>Common issues<\/h2>\n<details>\n<summary>&#8220;The link isn't valid&#8221;<\/summary>\n<p>The link works only once and expires after 48 hours. Write to support to get a new one.<\/p>\n<\/details>\n<details>\n<summary>I didn't get the email<\/summary>\n<p>Check spam and make sure the email on your purchase is spelled correctly. If there's a typo, let us know so we can fix it.<\/p>\n<\/details>\n<details>\n<summary>I forgot my password<\/summary>\n<p>On the sign-in screen, click &#8220;Forgot your password?&#8221; and enter your email.<\/p>\n<\/details>\n<h2>When to contact support<\/h2>\n<p>If the link expired, if you didn't receive the email within 30 minutes, or if the email on your purchase had a mistake.
